Online Psychotherapy & Counselling
Across Ontario
Flexible Therapy. Meaningful Connection
Registered psychotherapy is available through secure online sessions for clients across Ontario. In-person appointments are also available in Orillia and Barrie, Ontario.
Many clients are surprised by how personal and connected online therapy feels. Meaningful therapeutic relationships are not defined by where we meet—they are shaped by the relationship we build together. Whether sessions take place online or in person, the goal is the same: to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Secure online psychotherapy is available throughout Ontario, including clients in Ottawa, Kingston, Belleville, Whitby, Aurora, Orangeville, Huntsville, Sudbury, London and other Ontario communities.

What is Psychotherapy?
An opportunity to explore our thoughts, behaviors, feelings with a qualified mental health professional in order to achieve a more satisfying life, better relationships, an understanding of self and others, and enhance communication. An Integrated approach means we fit the needs of the client. It is NOT a one size fits all approach.
The techniques while varied all serve the same purpose to develop a positive client/therapist relationship, to assess difficulties and provide opportunities to change the way we think, feel, behave, perceive the world and relate to those around us.
Why Do People Come to Therapy?
People seek therapy for many different reasons. Some are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Others simply want a safe place to understand themselves more deeply, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
Safe Place For Self Expression
Healing begins with feeling heard. Therapy provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Together, we'll create an environment where you feel safe to be yourself and supported as you move forward.
Build Confidence & Self Worth
Life experiences can shape how we see ourselves, but they do not define who we are. Together, we'll uncover your strengths, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and build greater confidence, self-compassion, and trust in your own abilities.
Develop Coping & Resiliency Skills
Challenges are part of life, but suffering doesn't have to define it. You'll learn practical strategies to manage stress, regulate emotions, strengthen resilience, and navigate life's uncertainties with greater confidence and balance.
Reduce Anxiety, Stress & Depression
When anxiety, stress, or depression begin to overshadow daily life, it can feel difficult to see a way forward. Together, we'll explore the underlying patterns, develop practical tools, and help you rediscover a greater sense of calm, hope, and possibility.
Strengthen Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being
Therapy isn't only for times of crisis. It can also help you deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional well-being, and create healthier patterns that support a more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
Navigate Grief & Loss
Grief is a deeply personal journey with no single path or timeline. Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, your health, or another significant life change, you'll find compassionate support as you honour your experience, discover meaning, and move forward in your own way.
Strengthen Relationships & Connections
Healthy relationships begin with understanding ourselves. Whether you're navigating family dynamics, parenting, friendships, or intimate relationships, therapy can help you improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, deepen connection, and create more fulfilling relationships.
Create Lasting Change
Meaningful change begins with understanding yourself differently. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create practical strategies that support lasting growth. Healing isn't about becoming someone else—it's about reconnecting with your authentic self and creating a life that reflects your values and aspirations.
How Does it Work?
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it's natural to have questions. That's why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs, answer your questions, and help you decide whether we're the right fit.
Our first session is an opportunity to understand your story, explore your strengths and challenges, and clarify what you hope to achieve. From there, each session is tailored to your goals, drawing on evidence-informed and holistic approaches that best support your healing and growth.
An Integrative Approach
Every person is unique, so therapy should be too. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor each session to your needs, drawing on evidence-informed psychotherapy while honouring the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
When Is Therapy Helpful?
People seek therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD, caregiving, and major life transitions. You don't have to wait until you're in crisis. Therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change at any stage of life
