Reiki 1: Learn Reiki on a weekly basis.
Do you have difficulty going into crowded places like malls, parties, social situations or stores. Are you overwhelmed by emotion? Can you determine if this energy your are experiencing is yours or someone else's? Being an empath means different things to different people. Sometimes people have difficulty watching sad or scary movies, or may feel the pain of others. While it is great to show empathy, it doesn't help if we feel the pain of others to the extent of avoiding situations. Learn tools to cope in this everchanging world. Learn how to use your gifts to help others. This is an introduction to healing energy work and an opportunity to earn your Reiki Level 1 Certificate on a weekly basis rather than in one day!

Do you get overwhelmed? Struggle with anxiety? Learn tools to cope & engage in life!
Anxiety: Do you struggle with social anxiety, or anxiety that hits you before projects, events, meetings. Do you ever struggle to speak up, share ideas, use your voice. You aren't alone. Public speaking is the top fear people list. Usually anxiety is accompanied by other factors as well, like low self esteem, poor self talk. In this class, we will cover a variety of topics through interactive activities. It takes courage to step forward.

Soul Talk Tuesday: Intuitive Development Classes, 8:00-9:30 pm, April 30, 2024, 6 weeks
Are you are new to intuitive development or want to go deeper in your learning?
Through Engaging conversations and activities develop your intuitive, psychic abilities and connection to spirit. We all have intuition, that gut feeling that tells you to turn left instead of right. We can develop our intuition and psychic ability, be aware of information we receive, feel other's emotions without taking it on, navigate your world by more than your 5 senses and move beyond our limiting mind. We will learn to quiet the mind, discover the clairs: clairvoyance, cognizance, sentient, audient, chakra energy work, spiritual laws, techniques for focusing and conscious living, learn to trust, let go of fear & control, meditation, use of our imagination, healing work, use of color, ethics, protocols. Apply what you learn to build better communication in your relationships. Those wanting to further their skills, look no further. These classes will address your needs!

Practical, experiential. Discover tools, ethics and mechanics of providing energy work to others. This class will inspire you, challenge you and encourage you to open up to your natural gifts. People who are empathic, often express how they feel the pain, hurt, joy of others, and yet one downside is they are so busy giving to others, they may not practice setting healthy boundaries.
When we engage in healing work with others we have to understand our own body's needs, signs and signals before we can help others.
We have to set healthy boundaries and practice self care.
This class will explore what it means to be Highly Sensitive, Empathic, someone who likes to help others.
Discover how these skills may be used in healing work for yourself and others.
Earn your Reiki Level 1 while you learn self healing and helping others.
This course will build a solid foundation and help you to live more confidently, build a practice of your own. No experience is necessary.

perspective. Learn tools to help raise your vibration, improve your self talk, set boundaries,
introduce you to coping strategies

Reiki is a natural, non invasive, way of strengthening the body, mind and soul. A Reiki Practitioner allows energy to flow from the universe through their hands to areas of your energy field charging it with positive energy. Reiki energy strengthens and clears blockages, pathways and chakras.
Rei means Universal, Ki – Vital life force energy which flows through all living things.
